  • Magdalena Lamprecht Wallhoff

    Magdalena Lamprecht Wallhoff

    Magdalena Lamprecht Wallhoff leads the foundation's projects, to fund, advise, and connect the various projects around the globe. Wallhoff's background in global food production, where she was instrumental in using the power of for-profit for social impact, including building up schools, public health programs, small holder farmers, and more.  She now recognizes the necessity of government, for profit, and non profit working in their respective strengths to solve public problems.   Apart from the foundation, she is advisor and speaker in the artificial intelligence and ag-tech industries.

  • Dr. Oliver Fritschi

    Dr. Oliver Fritschi

    Dr. Oliver Fritschi supports the foundation's legal and administrative matters. Fritschi deals with contract and corporate law and also has broad experience in employment, competition and liability law. He advises national and international companies on the drafting of contracts and the structuring of corporate law relationships. Dr. Fritschi is a lecturer in corporate law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law and in contract law at the FFHS.

  • Dr. Benjamin Wilding

    Dr. Benjamin Wilding

    Dr. Benjamin Wilding manages the foundation's endowment.  Wilding is Managing Director at the Institute of Banking and Finance and a member of the Executive Education Board of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Zurich. Benjamin Wilding received his doctorate on structured products from the University of Zurich and studied at the Universities of Zurich and Vienna. He teaches on the topics of asset management and corporate finance and has been intensively involved with financial markets for over 20 years.

  • Gottlieb Naef, Founder

    Gottlieb Naef, founder. The late entrepreneur and arts patron Gottlieb Naef's own education in rural Switzerland in the 1930s and 1940s, gave him a basis for building an enterprise that spanned Europe.  Gottlieb tended to his employees, devoted to their well-being and to their children's opportunities. This led to the formation of the foundation.

    Gottlieb Naef endowed his family with a love for the marvels of nature, the arts, and philosophy.  The foundation seeks to support skills training and educational programs that likewise recognize the inextricable linkages between individuals, communities and their environment throughout the world.
